On this page the CSiBE environment can be downloaded for offline use. This
package contains the test programs used for measurements and the required
scripts and makefiles. Note that the compiler (GCC) is assumed to be properly
built and configured in order to perform the measurements.
Please see the file CSiBE-README for information about the installation and
use.
